These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services and 15TOFAME websites (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your registration obligations

As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with 15TOFAME and select a password, email and name ("15TOFAME User Name"). You shall provide 15TOFAME with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your 15TOFAME account. You may not (i) select or use as a 15TOFAME User Name a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a 15TOFAME User Name a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as a 15TOFAME User Name a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. 15TOFAME User Name reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a 15TOFAME User Name in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15TOFAME password.
If you use the Services through Facebook Connect, you agree to provide true, and unique identity about yourself on Facebook website. If you provide any identity about yourself that is untrue, or 15TOFAME has reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, 15TOFAME has the right to suspend or terminate your current accounts and refuse any other future use of the Site and/or Services (or any portion of them).
You must be 15 or older to register or use the Services. If you are not yet 15 years old, do not use the Services.

Acceptable use and conduct

You agree that you will not post any Prohibited Content. "Prohibited Content" includes, without limitation, Content that: (i) is offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind; (ii) harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (iii) involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, or "spamming,"; (iv) is false or misleading or promotes, endorses or furthers illegal activities; (v) promotes, copies, performs or distributes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's work that is protected by copyright or trade secret law; (vi) is involved in the exploitation of persons under the age of eighteen (18) in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under eighteen (18); (vii) contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or similar software; or (viii) otherwise violates the Terms of Service or creates liability for us. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own the Content posted by you on the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this Terms, and (b) your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person.
When you choose to share a video from YouTube on 15TOFAME, you agree to provide video submitted by yourself on YouTube website. If you provide a video that is not yours, or 15TOFAME has reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, 15TOFAME has the right to suspend or terminate your current accounts and refuse any other future use of the Site and/or Services (or any portion of them). Please note that your video will be viewed by the public, so you are warned to be very careful.
If you share several videos with you (or your works) as protagonist, maybe with a fake account, your videos will be removed and your accounts terminated.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless 15TOFAME, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys. fees and cost) from (i) any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to all linked pages, use of the Services, violation of the Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Warranty disclaimers

You acknowledge that 15TOFAME has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to the Site or use the Services; what effects the Content may have on you; how you may interpret or use the Content; or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content. You release 15TOFAME from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Site or the Services. The Site or Services may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. Digg makes no representations concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Site or Services, and 15TOFAME will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Site or the Services.

Because 15TOFAME has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that 15TOFAME is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Submission, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that 15TOFAME shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any Submission, goods or services available on or through any external site or resource. Your use of external sites or resources is at your own risk.

Time slots still available at the time of viewing

The videos for time slots still available at the time of viewing are selected by the 15tofame Staff from the best new talents on web. If for any reason you do not want this to happen just let us know and we'll remove your video.

Termination

You agree that 15TOFAME, in its sole and absolute discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Services, and remove and discard any Submission(s) or other content within the Services, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if 15TOFAME believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. 15TOFAME may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services under any provision of this Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that 15TOFAME may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Services. Further, you agree that 15TOFAME shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Services.
